I. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY

In compliance with current legislation, Shooting Layos (hereinafter also referred to as the Website) undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the appropriate level of security for the risk associated with the collected data.

Laws Incorporated into This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is adapted to current Spanish and European regulations on the protection of personal data on the internet. Specifically, it complies with the following regulations:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

Register of Personal Data

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by Shooting Layos through the forms provided on its pages will be incorporated into and processed in our records in order to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill the commitments established between Shooting Layos and the User, or to maintain the relationship established through the forms completed by the User, or to respond to a request or inquiry.

Likewise, in compliance with the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, unless the exception provided in Article 30.5 of the GDPR applies, a record of processing activities is maintained, specifying, according to their purposes, the processing activities carried out and the other circumstances established in the GDPR.

Principles Applicable to the Processing of Personal Data

The processing of the User’s personal data shall be subject to the following principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR and Articles 4 et seq. of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights:

  • Proactive accountability: the Data Controller shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the above principles.

Categories of Personal Data

The categories of data processed by Shooting Layos are limited to identification data only. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data processed, as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR.

Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Shooting Layos undertakes to obtain the User’s express and verifiable consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall be as easy as granting it. As a general rule, withdrawal of consent will not affect the use of the Website.

Personal Data of Minors

In compliance with Articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, only users over the age of 14 may lawfully consent to the processing of their personal data by Shooting Layos. For users under the age of 14, consent from parents or legal guardians will be required, and such processing will only be considered lawful to the extent that it has been authorized by them.

Confidentiality and Security of Personal Data

Shooting Layos undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the appropriate level of security for the risk involved, to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access to personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed.

The Website has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, ensuring that personal data are transmitted securely and confidentially, as the transmission of data between the server and the User is fully encrypted.

However, since Shooting Layos cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of the internet or the complete absence of hackers or others who may fraudulently access personal data, the Data Controller undertakes to notify the User without undue delay when a personal data security breach occurs that is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals. Complaints to the Supervisory Authority

If the User believes there has been a breach of applicable data protection regulations, they have the right to effective judicial protection and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. II. ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The User must have read and agreed to the personal data protection conditions contained in this Privacy Policy and must accept the processing of their personal data for the Data Controller to proceed as described. Use of the Website implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Shooting Layos reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at its own discretion, or as a result of legislative, jurisprudential, or doctrinal changes by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
